Our Mission
Founded aboard Orbital Station Vermicelli-9 in 2047, the Galactic Noodle Institute (GNI) exists to answer the universe's most pressing question: can noodles exist in zero gravity, and if so, how do you eat them without making a mess?
Beyond the practical, we investigate noodle phylogenetics, interplanetary pasta diplomacy, and the philosophical implications of a universe where every civilization — from Alpha Centauri to the Crab Nebula — has independently invented some form of elongated carbohydrate.
